C & E Electric & Controls Ltd and Edward Arsenault have completed an electrical cost reduction project for one of their Lac Ste. Anne Clients. On this site, a total of 13 electrical services have been reduced by 5 to 8. The elimination of these 5 electrical services have reduced this Client’s basic annual electrical billing by approximately 38%. The basic annual electrical fees of almost $11,000.00 have been reduced to under $7,000.00 with minimal rewiring. The redistribution and rewiring costs incurred will be recovered in less than 14 months, after which time the cost adjustment will be reflected as pure cost savings.
